Meeting Minutes

The meeting began at 6:45
Pledge

Old News- Brooke got first, Julie placed 6th and Gianna placed 9th at the event at Fair Hill on May 6th. Gianna W. qualified for states at the 4-H qualifying show.  Paige placed 3rd and Abby 5th at the Unicorn Event in the Elementary Division.   Melissa qualified for 4H States in Dressage and took a 1st and two 3rds at the Hunter Show. Scarlet placed 1st for jumping at the Hunter Show, also.

New News-

Horseless Rally:  Award certificates were given out to the Red Team for their 1st place (Julia G., Carly, Kenna and Jordyne) and the Black Team for 6th place (Bella, Prima, Hannah and Ciara)

Dressage Rally Update:Elaine Starr-  C’s on Sat. May 11th  D’s on Sun May 12th   Julie went over grooming kit and stall card. D’s need to arrive at the Rally at 6:30 am. Briefing is at 8am sharp.  Parents need to leave the horse area by 7:45am. Ride times for D’s are available so D’s should have all their equipment labeled with their number. Mrs. Starr sent a detailed email to everyone regarding the rally, if you have any questions.

Tetrathalon Rally- We need a firm commitment to send out entry! Do it for the experience!                 
  • Swim Practices on Tuesdays 4:30 at Riverwinds-
  • Shooting Pracitce on Fridays 6:00 at Ciancuilli’s

Mrs. Ciancuilli  gave an update that we have 5 members signed up and more members can participate. Last shooting and swim practices were fun and informative!

Presentation:  Feeding and Nutrition by Brooke, Scarlett, Paige, Erica and Gianna W.
